Incorrect Parts Supplied

Please inspect your order upon reception and Contact Us immediately if you received the incorrect parts, so that OJ Props International can rectify your order as a matter of urgency.

Exchanges on Incorrect Parts Supplied

OJ Props International will arrange a return delivery of the incorrect parts supplied.  OJ Props International asks that you carefully re-package the incorrect parts. OJ Props International will notify you and rectify your order as a matter of urgency, once your return has been received and inspected. 

Shipping Liability

Ownership of orders transfers to you "the buyer" upon dispatch from OJ Props International. OJ Props International is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. OJ Props International is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service you purchase from Australia Post and International Courier along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by either Australia Post or International Courier.
